Service Description

Prerequisite: Must have graduated BIG Level 301. This workshop dives into the magic of truly listening to connect scenes with seemingly effortless flow. Through dynamic exercises and group games, you’ll learn to respond to your scene partners and create edits that add finesse, creating cohesive and entertaining scenes that captivate audiences. Perfect for improvisers looking to sharpen their instincts, own the stage, and amplify group energy. This workshop will guide you into more natural "yes, ands." Pre-requisite: Graduated 301 and UP Day and Time: Saturday December 7th from 12:30-2:30pm Cost: Free Facilitator: Dan Lisle About Dan Lisle Dan’s journey into improv started with a crush on Amy Pohler on Saturday Night Live, which led to a fascination with the Upright Citizens Brigade — and 20 years later, he's still hooked. After finding his improv footing at ComedySportz and BIG in the 200s, Dan left for NYC to study at Magnet Theater and UCB. Dan has absorbed lessons from dozens of the top improvisors in the country. He's performed all over the country with BIG teams Population: 6, Plan B, and MVA, as well as with his long-standing NYC improv team Fever Dream. Dan believes in facing your fears by drilling the fundamentals, and loves helping improvisors discover their voice, new ideas, and new levels of trust.
